Job Description:
Tilson Technology Management is looking for an entry-level detail-oriented Consultant to join a dynamic and rapidly growing IT consultancy. The successful candidate will take direction from a Senior Consultant and assist in the completion of technology-related projects. Potential duties include research, business analysis, requirements gathering, project documentation, report writing and other client communication.

Skills/Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong technology background in any discipline, and be able to communicate effectively with both management and technicians. This individual must be a self-starter, possess expert analytical, organizational and research abilities, and be comfortable working on multiple projects and accounts simultaneously. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in writing proposals, presentations and reports, are required.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently (with direction from a Senior Consultant) in a relatively unstructured environment, but be ready to reach out to the team when help is needed.

Experience: 4-year degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant business/IT experience required. Business analysis and project management experience a plus.
