Clara brings to the Tilson team a strong skill set in system design and analysis, technical project management and application programming. She has been a management leader in several complex and large system environments and has managed staff, project execution and business-driven goals and objectives.
Clara provides our clients with vast perspective on IT management issues - she is a point person in our Women-In-Technology offering, which is a peer-mentoring and support program. Coaching and encouraging other women in the management of their career growth in a male-dominated technology environment is one of Clara's key deliverables.
With over twenty years of experience in management and consulting positions, Clara also delivers technical project management, technical support, software selection assistance and new application development along with documentation creation, software installation and user-training.
