Eliza Mathias

As the Director of Business Development at Tilson, Eliza is responsible for identifying business opportunities for the growth and expansion of the Tilson family of companies.  With over 15 years of sales and marketing experience, Eliza focuses on public and private sales, dynamic marketing efforts, and creating quality and effective partnerships. 

Prior to joining the Tilson team, Eliza was Project Manager for Goold Health Systems, where she focused on business development efforts and the implementation of pharmacy technology systems for state Medicaid clients nation-wide. Specializing in recruitment campaigns and retention efforts, Eliza has extensive experience in trade association management, communication management, political consulting, and economic development.

Eliza is a graduate of Colby College and a member of the Waterville (ME) Planning Board.  She is an active volunteer for several local community organizations.  Eliza is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM).
