Karen Simonds

Karen Simonds is Tilson's Manager of Accounting and Human Resources. She is responsible for all client billing, oversees hiring and new employee orientations, and works with the COO to ensure that that Tilson's personnel policies are up to date. Karen is a resource for Tilson's employees on issues related to health insurance and benefits. Her responsibilities include the processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, alongside supporting Tilson's team of project managers on projects involving financial and business process deliverables.

Karen comes to Tilson with more than fifteen years of experience in accounting, human resources, and office management, including deep experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, payroll processing, and the maintenance of employee records. She has experience working in a wide array of industries, including banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing.

Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from New Hampshire College.
