Kevin Bailey

Kevin Bailey is a member of Tilson's Wireless and Telecommunications Group, and serves as Deputy Project Manager for the MassBroadband123 project. He helps oversee and manage all project vendors, and compiles progress reports, managing against both budget and schedule for investors. Kevin is also responsible for managing agreement negotiations with municipal organizations, and aids in community outreach efforts. He is also tasked with facilitating the Tilson team's efforts to ensure that all milestones are met, and that the project is executed successfully.

A broadband infrastructure project spanning more than 1,200 miles in western and north central Massachusetts, MassBroadband123 will provide 123 communities, including 1,392 community anchor institutions, with access to broadband internet. When completed, the network will serve 335,000 households and 44,000 businesses, covering one third of Massachusetts, and reaching more than one million residents.

Kevin brings experience in surveying, business administration, and technical writing to the Tilson team. He has been involved in utility surveying projects throughout Maine. Having served as a data collections specialist, he’s gained extensive experience in pole surveying and the concepts of fiber expansion.

Kevin is a recent graduate of the University of Maine. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education, with concentrations in English and English as a Second Language.
