Tilson Technology Management is an independent information technology project management company located in Portland, Maine.

We manage technology projects that are in distress or that require technical expertise or resources our customers don't have in-house.

Our value is completing projects that would otherwise detract from our client's ability to focus on their core competencies.

Several things make us different from other consulting firms:

• We are independent.  We don't have financial relationships with software or hardware manufacturers driving our decision-making process.
• We are not technology-driven.  We work to find a business process solution first and plug in the appropriate technology second.
