Internship Description

A growing technology consulting firm in Portland, Maine seeks a self-motivated intern to work with project managers on assignments in the banking, biotech, construction, distribution, media/communications, medical and technology industries.

Internship responsibilities include evaluating and writing proposals, contributing to web development and marketing efforts, scheduling projects and documenting technology infrastructure in fast-paced and challenging environments across Maine and New England.

This is a great opportunity to develop skills that will help you succeed after college and understand how organizations utilize technology to meet their business goals.

The Summer Intern will work out of the Portland, Maine office, while the Academic Year Intern will have the opportunity to work from Bar Harbor and other Maine mid-coast locations.

Internship Requirements

Strong writing and communication skills and a familiarity with MS Windows/Office environment are required.  Experience with MS Project a plus, but is not required.  A student from Maine is preferred.

Salary Information and Time Commitment

The salary for our internship positions is $10/hour.  In the summer, the intern will work full-time for 10 weeks.  During the fall or spring, the intern will work part-time around education requirements.
