W. Michael Swartz

Michael is the General Manager of Tilson. Prior to joining Tilson Technology, Michael has held various roles in the Information Technology and Information Security field. His background as a software developer, network engineer, user interface engineer, and IT / IS executive spans fourteen years.

 

Through most of his career, Michael has spent much of his time directing large-scale IT projects, providing executive-level direction on Information Technology and Information Security issues, and managing teams of high-performing professionals through critical strategic and tactical initiatives.

 

In addition to acting in a leadership role, Michael has a passion for the details. By coupling a disciplined approach with a current skill set, he is able to act in an advisory capacity to all levels of an Information Technology / Security organization.
