Jay brings a diverse technical and professional background to the Tilson team. Previously employed as a Web Developer and Website Manager for a large ecommerce website, Jay used his extensive web development and management expertise to expand website sales and develop a nationally-recognized web presence. His experiences range from developing regional sales and distribution presence to creating and managing large regional databases for critical online applications.
Jay also brings a pedigree of hardlines wholesale distribution and sales experience that includes working for two major international distributors. These experiences have allowed him to develop a diverse skill set while working in a variety of roles for a distinct group of companies.
A technically savvy yet approachable individual, Jay has the ability to understand clients' unique needs and create personalized goals. He then uses his multitude of core competencies to achieve set goals.
