With over eleven years of professional consulting experience, Matthew has demonstrated leadership in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, while maintaining an in-depth understanding in systems architecture. Matthew has applied his expertise in the development of large 3-tier systems, shrink-wrap software and real-time systems. Matthew's exposure to aerospace, financial services, healthcare and online retail markets demonstrates his ability to quickly adapt to a variety of technical environments, each with unique challenges.
By remaining unbiased toward specific technologies, Matthew focuses on the explicit needs of his clients. His proficiency on Windows and Unix-based platforms, combined with his expertise in most maintsteam programming languages, allows Matthew to architect a solution from a large pool of technologies.
Matthew has performed as a Team Leader and Systems Analyst on many software engineering projects. He also has first-hand exposure to Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 levels of software and systems support, giving him a broad consideration on the post-deployment support challenges.
