John joins Tilson as a Senior Consultant with over 10 years of project management and IT consulting expertise.
John's experience includes leading multi-million dollar software development and system implementation projects for a variety of clients in several industries. John helps his clients select new systems, manage projects, improve processes, and build and coach effective teams.
For the last six years, John has focused much of his work in healthcare. He applies his project management and process improvement expertise to the selection and implementation of electronic health records (EHR) systems. He is also an expert on HIPAA compliance, having worked with and trained dozens of organizations across Maine and New Hampshire.
