Tilson Technology Management, an IT consulting firm based in Portland, ME, has recently made several changes to its staff. Karen Simonds, of Saco, joins Tilson as the new Office Manager and brings over 15 years of accounting experience and expertise. Kim Girard, of Northampton, MA, was promoted to Managing Director of Project Management. W. Michael Swartz, of Lewiston, has been promoted to Managing Director of Tilson's IT Security team.
